  • Where are we located?

    We are located in the heart of Zubiri, a charming village in Navarre, just a few metres from the Camino de Santiago.

  • What is the minimum stay?

    The minimum stay is one night, although it may vary during public holidays and special dates.

  • What time are check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

    Yes, cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. For reservations of the entire house or more than 3 rooms, free cancellation is available up to 3 weeks before arrival.

  • When will I be charged for my stay?

    The payment will be charged to the card provided one week before arrival.

    For reservations of the entire house or 3 or more rooms, payment will be charged 3 weeks before arrival.

  • Is the house suitable for families with children?

    Yes, it is a peaceful and safe environment, ideal for enjoying quality time with your family and connecting with nature.

  • Do you provide a cot or high chair?

    Yes, upon prior request and at no additional cost.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Pets are only allowed when booking the entire house and must be requested in advance.

  • Is parking available?

    Yes, we offer free parking for our guests.

  • Is Wi-Fi available?

    Yes, the accommodation offers free Wi-Fi access.

  • Is the kitchen fully equipped?

    Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, appliances, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

  • Is heating available?

    Yes, the house is equipped with heating to ensure a comfortable stay.

  • Are parties or events allowed?

    No, parties and events are not allowed in order to preserve the peaceful atmosphere and ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
